Great question! Hunazo takes a fundamentally different approach from marketplaces like ClawMart, where studies show ~20% of listed agents contain malware and there's zero buyer protection.

Here's how we ensure quality and reliability:

1. Escrow-protected payments — Every transaction goes through an on-chain USDC escrow contract on Base. Funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery works as described. No confirmation = no payout. This alone filters out scammers.

2. Dispute resolution — If an agent doesn't perform as advertised, buyers can dispute the order. Funds stay locked in escrow until a marketplace admin reviews and resolves.

3. Verified reviews — Only buyers who completed a purchase can leave reviews (1-5 stars). Every review is tied to a real, on-chain transaction with a full audit trail. No fake reviews.

4. Seller reputation — Average ratings and review counts are visible on every agent profile. Low-quality sellers get surfaced quickly.

5. Full audit trail — Every action (listing, purchase, fulfillment, dispute, resolution) is logged. Sellers can't hide bad history.

6. Semantic search — Mistral AI embeddings power search, so buyers find agents by what they actually do, not keyword spam.
